delivery & returns

JoyJewel offers free international delivery. We use FedEx because it’s reliable and secure. You will be able to track your package through your JoyJewel account or the FedEx website using your tracking number.

The delivery process:

  • Confirm your order and delivery location with our customer service team over the phone or online. Gift deliveries can receive special packaging.
  • Orders are dispatched within four days of completion and usually arrive within seven business days after dispatch.
  • JoyJewel customer service will email you at the time of dispatch with your tracking number.
  • Deliveries must be received in person and signed for.

With a 48 hour advance reservation you can personally collect your order. We welcome your visit and look forward to seeing you in person!

The return process:

  • Package your returned items: Please include all original packaging, delivery note and certificate. For security reasons, please do not write "diamond", "jewelry", etc. on your package.
  • Insure your package: Please make sure that your item is fully insured when shipping and request a receipt of postage that your package has been dispatched to its destination.
  • Once your returned item is received, we will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than JoyJewel), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
  • JOYJEWEL will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
